Group Minimum 12 people We will custom build a package for your group. Listed below are the attractions & prices available. Below are the guidelines for this program. 1) The prices quoted for your group are for ADVANCED SALES only. Organized groups must be twelve or more people. If your group is Tax Exempt, please have your number available when you book your event. 2) This program is for pre-paid tickets only. We will not be able to honor these prices the day of your event. Tickets must be picked up M-F between 9am and 5pm before your event. Sorry, no will call and no phone orders. 3) You must mail in a check or come in person during business hours prior to your event to get these prices. We except Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and Discover, but our credit card company requires the card to be present. Therefore, we can not take cards over the phone. If you mail in a check, please allow time for me to mail back the tickets. 4) If on the day of your event your group is larger than you expected, you will have to pay ticket booth prices for any additional tickets. If you do not use all your tickets, you may get a refund in the business office M-F 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. All refunds must be completed by 10/31/11 5) Our tickets are good all month, so anyone missing the outing can still use their tickets. 6) Our $1.00 food $$$ can be redeemed at the Red Barn Café and on weekends at our snack shop, roasted corn and kettle corn. 7) If purchased on Monday - Friday an after school snacks can be picked up from the café at your arranged time. 8) Please remember we do not allow any outside food or drink. 9) Our farm runs rain or shine, but our wagon ride is weather permitting. 10) All people in your group 1 yr. & 1 day or older are required to have a ticket for Animal land, Wagon Ride and/or the Haunted House. This includes chaperones, siblings, and leaders. All pony & camel rides require a ticket. 11) After paying for your groups tickets, you will receive a letter explaining how to run a smooth outing at Goebbert’s.
